As part of DLR Group's multi-disciplinary design efforts on this project, George was a lead acoustic designer in SD and DD phases of this building which included a multi-use performance space, audio recording and mixing spaces, ensemble rehearsal rooms, practice rooms, and multimedia design instruction spaces.

Design also included classroom buildings.​
